Earth and Water, Penryn

We only stumbled across this one recently while wedding dress shopping… but we had a yummy lunch in this cute little deli. On a very cosy street corner with a few benches outside this deli serves great coffee, cake and is a lovely space to just chill out with a book. They stock lots of scrummy deli items too and will make up hampers, or take away food if you want to eat out. From the menu we would personally recommend the toasted paninis, they’re yummy!

Famous in Fowey for their pasties, although watch out for the local seagulls if you’re planning on eating them outside. This deli offers some superb butchers meats, we hear the sausages and hogs pudding are top-notch, as well as the cheese and cakes. They will also make up a picnic basket full of antipasti treats to take away if you are having a day trip in Cornwall.
