The Heligan Christmas Fair was one of those Christmas events we couldn’t wait for! Being local pass holders to The Lost Gardens of Heligan we were looking forward to returning to see the gardens with the fallen leaves and wintery feel.
The Christmas Fair was the perfect excuse to get those final Christmas stocking fillers from the local traders and discover some new favourites.
Plus as an added bonus entry was just £1 for local pass holders, and £2 for everyone else. This included entry into the gardens so we took along some friends to show them the hidden walled gardens, jungle and Heligan woodlands. Heligan is the perfect place for a walk with so many different habitats and wildlife to be seen, they are dog friendly too so take your pooch along too!
Heligan Christmas Fair
On for both the Saturday and Sunday, when we arrived at Saturday lunchtime the car parks were full to the bring with lots of families and locals wanting to take in the festive atmosphere.
With a chance to pick up Christmas trees, sample mulled apple juice and hot mince pies all while listening to local bands playing carols what more could you want!
With over 80 local creators, craft makers and producers on show there was a little bit of everything for everyone. All found in a large marquee and dotted around the main shop, cafe and reception area of Heligan.
Lobbs Farm Shop found just next to Heligan and have lots of tasty Christmas treats in store. Pop along before Christmas to stock up for your festive dining treats!
